Since 1996, I have shared my experiences with people in-person, over the phone and via the Internet. With each passing year, I continue to hear of the manipulative tactics that abusers use to exert power and control over their victims. The stories are still much the same as my personal accounts, you want to believe that the person will change, but the truth is, the evil just goes into hiding.
